It was a good start to the Spa-Francorchamps Formula 2 weekend as we were eighth quickest in practice, but qualified 14th on the grid when a red flag prevented us from completing our final run.
Sadly, the remainder of the event was cancelled after a serious incident on lap 2 of the Feature Race, tragically killing fellow racer Anthoine Hubert. Juan Manuel Correa was injured and hospitalised.
My thoughts are with Anthoine’s family and friends, and I wish Juan Manuel all the best in his recovery.
